Known as a social entrepreneur and an active personal in the extension work of wireless technologies for the development of remote areas of Nepal and The Chairman of National Innovation Center, Mahabir Pun is in Melbourne for sharing his ideas and experience with the Nepalese in Melbourne. To enhance research and developments for the rapid economic development of the country, Mahabir Pun led a Non Profit seeking organization called National Innovation Center. He is also a proud winner of reputed Magsaysay Award in 2007 for his contribution in the field of wireless computer technology in Nepal.
The interaction program is sheduled on 30 of July starting sharp from 2 pm to 4 pm in 506 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne which is organized by NRNA Victoria and supported by Nepalese Association of Victoria and Consulate General of Nepal, Victoria. “Especially Students are highly encouraged to attend in the program.”, said Keshab Kandel, NRNA Victoria Coordinator. All Nepalese in Victoria are kindly requested to attend this motivational program to respect the living Legend, Mahabir Pun.
