A meeting of NAV Executive Committee on 18th July has decided to held NAV executive committee (2020-2022) election on Saturday 5th September 2020. Due to this COVID-19 pandemic, NAV will organize the online voting process to elect the new executive committee.
Election will occur for the positions of President, two Vice President (at least one-woman vice president), Treasurer and five Executive Members. Secretary and two executive committee members will be nominated following the elections by the new committee.
Established in 1997, NAV holds election of its executive committee every two years. While NAV membership is open round the year, NAV urge community members to register your details for a new membership or renew of membership online on http://www.nav.org.au/join-us/registration/
Cut-off date for new/renew membership for the purpose of election is August 05, 2020, Midnight.
Please note that general membership charge for two years is $10 per person, student membership for two years is $5 only and $100 for life time membership.

Note: Due to this COVID-19 pandemic, NAV will follow the advice from the Victorian and Australian Governments, including restrictions on gatherings and directions on physical distancing and they will keep update if anything changes regarding the Election date and voting process.
